Konbini Confessions is the completely chaotic interview series blowing up social media! Fronted by hip-hop artist Miyachi, and filmed by Drop Tokyo photographer Yuri Horie, Konbini Confessions showcases candid and hilarious snippets of real life on the streets of Tokyo.
Posing questions like “What is the meaning of life?”, “What are your thoughts on the Olympics?” and “What’s your favourite vaccine?”, Miyachi and Yuri are getting answers to the questions on everyone’s lips from the most insightful members of society: drunk people at the konbini. Responses range anywhere from the profound to the completely unintelligible. And every once in a while, Miyachi switches things up with questions asking about food or favourite konbini—you know, the important things! There’s even a love confession!
Only four episodes have been released so far, and we are eagerly awaiting the next. What new, unique answers are we going to get from dudes peeing in the street and drunk hostesses staggering home?
